Eloy's love for volleyball started in high school. He started playing on the weekend coed circuit, hitting every area tournament he could find. That quickly transpired into forming an area men's club team of weekend warriors. While the faces changed, the group played together for over 15 years. Ready to hang up the volleyball shoes, he transitioned into coaching and teaching area youth. Education plays a BIG role in his coaching philosphy. One of his favorite quotes... "The player who knows why, always beats the player who know how!"
