The fees charged to participate in Victoria Lady Dynamites have been carefully considered based on the anticipated number of teams, players and coaches as well as the number of tournaments for each team and the anticipated cost of uniforms, equipment and facility rental. Though we will not increase our cost for the Player Fee, we will go to less tournaments due to rising cost in fuel & tournament fees.
The cost for each player for the 2009 club season is as follows:
12s - $500 (5 tournaments)
13s - $550 (6 tournaments)
14s - $550 (6 tournaments)
15s - $550 (6 tournaments)
16s - $550 (6 tournaments) (this does not include Lone Star there will be additional cost)
17s - $550 (6 tournaments) (this does not include Lone Star there will be additional cost)
50% of the club fee is due during our parents meeting on November 16, 2008. The remaining 50% is due on or before January 1, 2009. A late fee of $25 will be charged if fees are not paid in full by the due date. There will be a $25 charge for returned checks. Any player that not paid the entire club fee before the first scheduled Lone Star Region club tournament will not be allowed to participate until the fee (including the $25 late fee) is paid in full. Once a player has participated in a practice or tournament, no refund will be given if they choose to withdraw for whatever reason. In addition, refunds will not be given in the event that a tournament must be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.
